23 Years Old or Older

2 Years of Recent OTR Experience

Tractor Must Pass DOT Inspection

No DUI/DWI in Previous 5 Years

No Careless, Reckless, or Excessive Speed Convictions in the Past 2 Years

No DOT Reportable/Preventable Accidents in the Previous 12 Months

No Narcotic or Other Drug-Related Convictions
